Traffic Analytics – Google Analytics
By analyzing current site traffic patterns, you can gain insight into the reasons why the site is or is not successful in meeting its ultimate sales and marketing goals. For this purpose we enabled the Google Analytics option o our clients.
In order to obtain a “Google analytics” account (to implement within your website), you need to have an email account with Google.com and create an account for this. Trough this account you can have more than one site you would like to track. For each site, you will receive a “code”. This code needs to be implemented within the website/s you want to track.
In order to help you out with this, we have enabled the “Google analytics” option/button on your website. Once you click on this button you will get an empty grid to which you need to place/paste the code you obtained trough Google Analytics website and enable/check the visible checkbox option. This option will insert the code in form of HTML (which you can not see) into your website on each page. When you click on update button and the website will implement the code directly into your website.
After that you can log in to your Google Analytics account and track the visitors. Note that it takes approximately 24h, once the code is in place (visible check box option enabled) until you receive first statistics. Trough this system, you can also track how many people registered trough a certain form, downloaded some material etc. which is available trough option called Goals. If you no longer want to track your website trough Google Analytics option, simply unmark this check box.
