Customers may cancel at any time. All recurring billing stay Active until you cancel by sending an email to: support(at)WebsiteHelpService.com. Contact us 5 business days prior to your upcoming monthly renewal date. A cancellation takes effect in that moment where our office receives your cancellation notice.

NOTE: No Refund will be issued if you cancel after the monthly billing has been processed and our office did not receive your cancellation request as stated above. Our automated system will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly service fee. If the service fee is not collected at the 3rd attempt, our service to you will be discontinued. We reserve the right to cancel the Customers account at anytime.

Credit Card Expiration’s or Declines (Account Abandonment): Please note that allowing a credit card to expire or not submitting payment online regardless of invoice receipt status will not automatically cancel your account as we maintain the account allow you access to your account. You will remain responsible for paying the monthly charge, which will accrue to your account, until we receive a cancellation notice. We will send notice to the email on record if a card is declined. We reserve the right to send delinquent accounts to a collection agency if they are not paid within 3 months.


WebsitesVIP honors refund requests up to 30 days. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund.
Non-Active Customer Status:

A customer who’s monthly consecutive payments elapsed for 29 days and longer.


Only Customers, whose Websites maintenance payment has elapsed for less than 28-days, are eligible for a free activation but only if the decline payments happened in a non-consistant basis.

Price Change:

In order to stay in business, we have to analyze our cost at all times. And sometimes we are forced to make changes regarding Terms, Bonuses and Price without informing the customer prior to the change taking place.


Only first-time customers are eligible to receive the $0.01 promotion. We reserve the right to start and stop any promotions at any time, without any notice.


We only do “Back-ups” of our active Customers sites. We suggest for you to make a Backup prior to cancelling your site with us. We are unable to provide a backup’s for “inactive” sites, because is cost prohibitive. It is in your best interest to make back ups of your site(s) on a regular basis, even during the “active” customer status, in case of any unlikely, but possible server break down.
Website customization:

We’re here to assist you in any way we can. But please note, this is a “Do it yourself”. We charge for our services.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

Website Performance:

No guarantee or promises being made on the performance of your website.
